Reid and Cooper went through their usual bantering ritual when they haven't seen each other for a few days! Today they were comparing who'd seen the biggest spider. Cooper said, "I saw one last night behind my back room dresser - this big!!!" And he had both arms stretched straight out as far as they'd go!! The whole spider discussion started with Reid saying something to me about me having a spider here. I asked, "A spider!?!" He said, "Fake spider!" Me; "No fake spider here!" But he was VERY adamant! "Yes you do! I hold it last night!!" Cooper immediately started asking about 20 questions! "Where'd you see the spider? - In the kitchen? - Under the mattress? - Behind the dresser?" And on and on and on! :)
Reid came right after we finished breakfast and Cooper met him at the door and immediately said, "I brought some tractors Reido!!" Reid was busy playing with the toys (this was the first day for the toy exchange for him - "These are cool toys!") and when he put these bananas in the sink Cooper was not impressed! "We DON'T wash bananas, we DON'T wash bananas...." Ha!
Reid started combing his hair (several combs out in this toy exchange) and I took this picture after I'd pulled his jacket off his head. He kept looking at me to see if I was amused by his antics!! Yup, you make me laugh Reid!!!
We'd built this house with the blocks and when I turned around Sophie was sitting on Reid's lap. He really likes his Sophie and she obviously likes him too!! Or as he calls her - "Hophie!" (Those "S" sounds are difficult to say!!) During Story Time Reid pointed at a picture of a baby in the book and said, "That look like Hophie!!" :)
