Reid had bites of kix cereal and two servings of mixed fruit for breakfast. For lunch he ate three servings of ham sandwich, ate peas, and two servings of mandarin oranges. At breakfast I asked the boys what they did this weekend and Cooper was talking about "candles in pumpkin at the farm (Grandpa did carve some pretty cool pumpkins) - and they're hot - can't touch it." Reid said, "I play and Dad said, "Go to Gary's! And I ate all the toast!" Cooper said, "That not true!" Ha ha! (I would bet the toast part is definitely true!)
Reid and Cooper had fun trying on Gary's new headlamp! :) Look at Reid's expression! Love that! He never quit smiling. We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend so the kids were busy all morning. The ice cream cones were a big hit like usual and the boys were identifying all the flavors! There are 8 different colors and thank goodness they're all labeled! (Should be a Federal Law! Label Colors! Ha ha!) Cooper said the green was "green mint." The white was "white mint." The orange was "tangerine." Reid said, "But I don't care!" Ha! He was too busy stashing the food toys to "hide from Hophie!" :) And ironically, all the time he was keeping them from Sophie he was saying, "Ice cream for everyone, ice cream for everyone!" :) Hmmm..
These swim goggles are so dark they look more like welding goggles to me! :) Before I took this picture Reid was flailing his arms around like he was swimming! Ha!
Here's another picture with the swim goggles. The boys were having fun jumping with the goggles on the mattress.
