Reid ate oatmeal and canned prunes for breakfast. He ate several prunes and said, "These (pointing to the prunes) are better than sweet potatoes!" Haha!! Of course, that isn't saying much because he doesn't like sweet potatoes. I think the correlation was the fact that I'm always trying to get him to try both of those foods. For lunch he ate hash brown casserole, 2 biscuits, and 3 servings of mandarin oranges.
Here are some Reid-ism's from today: Sophie is not here today - home with a bad cold. So I was eating her bowl of oatmeal after breakfast. Reid said, "You are SO weird!" Ha! Made me laugh. Then he said, "I say that to my Mom every single time!" :) At the breakfast table Hudson was tipping his head sideways and kind of laying it on his highchair tray. Then saying, "night night, night night." Reid yelled, "WAKE UP!!" Hudson thought that was funny and giggled. Reid said, "I wish it could be hummer every day!" Hummer!? Oh yes, SUMMER! Me too! :) Then Reid was watching a couple of crows out the window. He said, "I wish we could kill one and eat it!" You certainly can and I'll mention it to your Dad!! Ha!! :) I asked Hudson if he wanted to come wave at Daddy and Reid said, "Uncle Colin." Haha!
This first picture is from yesterday afternoon when Reid just woke up from his nap. Kenzie was being sweet to Reid and snuggling with him and Hudson didn't want to miss out on that. The Bubba boy likes to snuggle. I think this is so cute and sweet. :)
This picture is also from yesterday afternoon: Riley and Kenzie were in the igloo after they all built this block wall across the front - under Kenzie's supervision of course!! :) She had them put holes in it so they could peek in, or stick their arm in like Reid is doing. They said they were reaching in and searching for "treasures." The people in the igloo were in charge of distributing the treasures. And they were taking turns being in the igloo and being the treasure hunter!
Reid asked if he could go get the "big bears." He was being silly and stuffed the panda bear under the dining table. Then he yelled for me, "Hey Gary! Look under your table!!" :) Silly Reid!
