Reid ate lots of whole wheat toast and lots of grapes for breakfast. For lunch he ate pork roast, lots of toasted rye bread, no vegetables; carrots, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, and brussel sprouts - and ate lots of fruit salad.
As usual Reidisms keep me laughing - I just think he's so stinking funny!! :)
He was singing "Farmer in the Dell" and the last line goes, "The cheese stands alone...." Reid was singing, "Farmer tans alone, farmer tans alone..." (stands alone) Poor Farmer - has to tan alone. See he's funny; even when he doesn't know it!! :)
He was talking about bees - there have been bees on the patio. He said, "Are you surprised I got stung by one and I still alive!?!" No, I guess I wasn't aware of your serious allergic reaction to bees! He said, "Trust me Gary; those things are bad!" LOL!! I was dying - not from bees, but laughing! (If he only knew how many times I was stung when I was logging - frequently in the yellow jacket nests and stung 12 - 15 times in one encounter!)
Reid, did you eat any of your vegetables? He said, "No, I wanted to stay healthy." (with a silly smirk on his face!)
He was not happy about Sophie and Hudson hiding in the same spot over and over so he was trying to teach them proper hiding etiquette in hide-n-seek. "You CAN'T hide in aim pot!!" (same spot)
Yesterday at Snack Sophie asked for more dried cranberries and Reid held out his hand in front of her (teasing) and said, "They're Horrible!!" (As he was devouring a big mound of them!! Ha!)
These first 3 pictures are Reid "hiding" in the spot he built. He put the Panda Bear on himself and said, "Now I'm really hiding." He asked if we could do some art today and I let him pick what he wanted to do. His choice was Dot Painting.
