Reid - 3/9/2017

Reid looked at the omelet waffle and said, "It smell horrible!"  (Hmmm...heard that before!  Ha!)  Bring on the blueberries!!  Two large servings of those.  For lunch something new AGAIN!!  Ha!  He looked at the Shepard's Pie (meat, potatoes, corn, peas) and said, "I know you said this is REALLY good, but it look crazy to me!"  Ha!  Well at least it apparently didn't smell horrible!  He ate several bites of it and liked it.  I told him I was proud of him for trying something new.  He had bites of pita bread and ate lots of banana.  We did have interesting conversation at Lunch - he was asking questions about numbers.  (One of my favorite subjects!  Sudoku anyone!?!)  "What 2 and 2?  what 5 and 5 and 5 and 5, what 20 and 8, what 8 and 8 and 14, what 2 and 2 and 1?"  Good stuff and he was getting a kick out of my explanations and answers.  Reid and Gary = 2.  Then Riley and Kenzie come = 4.  Bode come too = 5.

He didn't eat much for breakfast, except blueberries, so he was moaning LOUDLY by 10:00!  "When can we have lunch!?!"  "I'm VERY hungry!!  I can't live!!"  Wow!  You are famished!  And on and on it went.  So I told him we'd eat in 1 hour and 15 minutes.  So he was watching the clock and by 10:50 he was sound asleep!  He slept for almost 2 hours and was ready for lunch!  :)  Also at the lunch table he said, "I wish I had more money than all the world; even you!"  LOL!!  Boy, you're shooting for the stars Buddy if you want my wealth!!  So what would you do with that much money - I already knew where this conversation was going!!  :)  He started a lengthy story about Xbox and Infinity Game and basically all I heard was something about "version 3.0, Captain America, and Marvel Battleground!!"  I said, "Is that all you do - play Xbox?"  He said, "No, sometime Tate take control of it so I watch videos on Mom's Tablet!"  Oh!  LOL!  Well thank goodness for variety!

More tidbits of conversation this morning.  What'd you do last night Reid?  "You don't want to know."  Yes I do.  That's why I asked you.  "You really don't want to know."  Yes I do.  So he demonstrated how he magnificently body slammed Bode and took total control of the match!  Ha!  I also told him I saw a picture on Facebook of him eating a cookie.  He said, "It was mostly good - even the 1st bite."   Yes, sometimes those 1st bites are awful!  :)
