Reid - 1/6/2017

Reid ate oatmeal and bite of canned prunes for breakfast.  For lunch he ate hash brown casserole, bites of biscuit, and LOTS of mandarin oranges.

I took a potty break and told Reid, "You're in charge!"  So I got back and asked him how everything was going?  Reid points at Baby Nora and said, "You need to put that one in bed."  Haha!!  She wasn't fussing or anything, but I guess he thought better now than later!!

Reid was talking about the Star Wars toy he brought - I've no idea what it's called!  When I try to say what Reid says - well that's just not working!  Ha!  Today he finally said (AGAIN), "Could we not talk about it!!"  Anyhow, he did tell me how excited he was at Christmas.  He said, "I saw this at Walmart long time ago...At Christmas I opened present....OHHHH SCORE!!!  There it was!!  If you bought this it would cost 90 Dollars!!"  Nice story Reid.  And by the way I think I'll pass!

Sophie was looking at the picture of the Baby Cheetah again and Reid was once again saying he could run faster than the cheetah!  Earlier he'd said he could run "100 mph!"  The 2nd time he admitted he could only go that fast under certain conditions!  Primary qualification; "if I eat 30 pounds of pizza!!"  LOL!

Ok, I can't help myself!  I have to post another picture of Sophie with a monster case of static electricity!  This delighted me almost as much as it did Reid!!  Ha!  Reid's mouth fell open and he said, "OH WOW!!"  Then he yelled at me; "Look Gary!!  It flying again!!"  Then Reid said to Sophie, "Look behind your head!!"  Haha!  And she certainly tried - whipping her head back-n-forth trying to look behind her head!!  Here's a piece of what I posted on Hudson's Blog so you'll know it's not just affecting Sophie!!  There is a lot more static electricity during these winter months (you can google that - ha!) and it's super prevalent on the couch in the daycare room.   Bubba got up on the couch and touched my arm and we got zapped pretty significantly.  He looked surprised and then looked very accusingly at me!  Haha!

Assisting Avilene with the shape sorter.  Reid told me; "I help her a little bit."  Thank you Reid.
