Reid ate bagel and three servings of peaches for breakfast. For lunch he ate two servings of ham, at least three servings of elbow (and rotini) noodles, ate corn, and apple slices. I told him I ran out of elbow noodles and forgot to get more. He loved the whole wheat rotini noodles as well. Also, I've started letting him turn the water on and off and get his own paper towel to dry. He said, "3 Year olds can't do it! 4 year olds can do it!" :) That's right!!
Reid walked in this morning, saw the block structure that Kenzie and Riley had built yesterday. He asked, "Can I blow it up!?!" Haha! That cracked me up!! So I told him he could, but he'd have to help me clean up the mess. He wasn't real thrilled with that turn of events, but we did it! Ha!
I think it's hilarious that he frequently resorts to "spelling" the words when I ask him to repeat something. Usually by the 3rd request he'll say something like; "BLOPO!" Oh thank you Reid, that helps a lot!! Ha! He was trying to find one of his Star War toys that Bubba had deposited somewhere. He said, "If you find a little bit of red and a little bit of black, that's it!!" "What's missing?" I asked. He said, "OERITY fighter!" :)
I took this picture either yesterday or Monday. I thought it was so cute how Avi was totally watching every thing Reid was doing with the little people.
Reid and Sophie did some gluing and stickers this morning. He was using the glue stick and he had a great idea that he thought would be easier! "I'm putting glue on the paper!" Instead of glue on the object. He just didn't get enough glue on either one, but it was a great job of problem solving! I was impressed.
